Everybody
love’s food that is tasteful. Bud if the food is tasteful and fast to prepare,
we love it even more. The new food trend, a real cake in a cup... cup cake???
I've
learned that we get more energy from food that we love than food that we don't
love.
So that's a good excuse to eat a
cupcake every now and then.
