I’ve
been extremely busy.
From
zero work I was a 100% busy. I didn’t know what to do when.
So
making new receipts for healthy dinners was not going to happen.
Besides
I was having a snack attack!
So I made
this easy dinner !!!
Steamed broccoli
( If you steam you keep more vitamins compared to cooking.)
With a
sauce of: Greek yogurt, mustard, teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, fresh dill.
Vegetable
chips from: beetroot, carrots, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and
pepper.
Preheat
the oven to 220 degrees. Place the baking dish in the oven for 20 min. Turn the
chips and put it in one more time for 20 min.
And you
can eat !!!!!!!!!!
